Have you tried "Run as Administrator"?

Hi,

Can you verify that these two directory structures are in place and that they both contain two files called MoTeC.Archiver.dll and MoTeC.Extract.exe

C:\Program Files\MoTeC\Archiver\1.0

C:\Program Files (x86)\MoTeC\Archiver\1.0

Hi,

It appears to be an issue related to the Swedish language version of Windows, where the directory path is truncated to C:\Program in the registry, and the installer is unable to find the required files to continue the install.

Unfortunately we can't control this at our level as it is being done by Windows.

This is covered in this forum post;

I'm not sure what happened to the thread with the solution. We migrated servers a couple of weeks ago and it looks like not everything has come across.
