I think we have been through this before. Please look back on previous posts.
I really don't think you can run wasted spark on a 3 cylinder engine.
I think you need to add a sync sensor as suggested to make it work.
A DBW throttle will not help in any way to enable you to start the engine.

Hello, my friend, I am sorry that I did not reply your message. I was busy starting triumph 675, but I still could not start successfully.
In the information of M84, the 1-8 cylinder engine can be started, so can the 3-cylinder engine.
But I do not understand, why can only start with synchronous signal, such M84 inside the Settings can not start the 3-cylinder engine, even the most basic can not be achieved, then it will lose its role.
I don't know what my mistake was.

The M84 can run a three cylinder engine only with the right sensors.
As far as I can see, since you do not have one throttle per cylinder, you cannot use MAP sensor for sync.
The only option I can see is to add a cam sensor.

I am currently running on my SR20VET a M84 with a stand alone DBW controler i've made, they only share tps and idle pwm signals, i've been running it for almoast a year now and never had any trouble with it :D
