Blackscreen showing instead of video

Hello everyone,

I synced a video to the telemetry and it worked great at first, but after I copied the worksheet to rearrange the graphs it stopped working. It's just showing a blackscreen and playing sound.

I tried to set it all up again with deleting the video plugin but the same problem occures.

Has anyone experienced this before and can help me out?

Can you play the video file in Windows Media Player? Does it have both picture and sound?

Yes, it runs fine in Windows media player

A few questions:

What version of Windows are you running?
Do you have screen scaling set?
Are you running i2 in a virtual machine?
Are you running i2 on the primary monitor (if you have multiple)?
