12v sensors to M150 EVO 9

Postby roostinds on Tue Dec 25, 2018 11:51 am

I have an M150 and need to wire the intake, exhaust cam sensors, crank and cam control which are 12v sensors. Do i wire these into the PDM and ground to 0V on M150? If so, does it matter which 0V i use?

Second question is if we are using the 0VA for say the intake and exhaust cam, if there are other sensors grounds splice together, would it damage the sensors since some are 5v sensors and we tie in 12v sensors?

My usual practice would be to group the 0v of the position sensors together and use another 0v for the rest.
I do not think sharing grounds of 12v and 5v sensors would do any damage.

Wiring the 12V from the PDM and 0V from the ECU is correct. Using the same 0V for 12V and 5V sensors won't cause any damage to the ECU.
