comms c125 to m800

Someone else wired this car i'm working on. it has a C125 and a M800. it starts and runs and the dash displays real data

There is a cat5 connector wired in that allows me to talk to the c125 . Should that also allow comms through to the M800?

i cannot find another plug for direct comms to the M800. in another car i have with a M800 , but no dash, there is a CAN to USB adaptor and i have no trouble using that

i cant find a simple english answer to this seemingly simple question anywhere, hence this post

no, with M800 you need to communicate via UTC (CAN to USB). So you need to look for that connector somewhere in the loom, or it's also possible it's not there, as someone maybe just mapped ECU using it and removed connector, as it's not integral part of M800.
