ref/sync syncronized not sync [Mode 65]

Hello, i wanna ask about ref/sync mode 65. i use motec m400 on ktm 450 sxf. because the engine doesnt have cam sensor, decide to use mode 65 in ref/sync mode. now i have a problem with the coil didnt spark and in diagnostic error display ref/sync syncronized not sync. so, what sould i do to solve this problem.
