Audio quality

Hi
I have two V2 cameras and the audio quality is not good, is there any updates or patches available?

Is the problem wind noise, audio level (too quiet, or too loud/distorted), or something else? Can you post a sample video somewhere (vimeo, youtube, dropbox, google drive, etc) that demonstrates the problem.

The original issue was low volume , they got sent back to check cameras, now they are still low volume and lots more wind noise?

Hi David,

Are you able to send me a video showing the issue? Other than the video files there are 3 files created on the SD card by the camera, a log file, a version file and a parameter file. Can you send them to me too please.

You can send these to support@motec.com.au You will need to use a cloud/transfer service such as dropbox or wetransfer to send the video.
