corrado 1.8 20 valve turbo with m4

i have a vw corrado on a L plate, was originally a 2litre 16v but now has a 1.8 20 valve turbo auq engine.
i dropped a valve and bent my pistons last march and have since put a new auq lump in. its a new engine thats gone in thats only covered 50000 miles and was working fine before it was removed from a 2002 rear end write off leon cupra.
the rado lso has a motec m4 engine management system.
problem is we cant get all 4 coilpacks fireing properly. motec system has been sent back to motec and giventhe all clear after i spent £500 on a motec ignition amplifer to be sent over from austrailia
ive had numerous different auto electricians working on it and there all stumpped and even motec dont no whats going on
its also had new plugs and coils before you sk lol
any advise would be greatfulcos both me and my mechanic are lost on this one

2.0 16V was equiped with distributor if I remember correctly. Ignition coil was one with integrated amplifier or amplifier mounted under ignition coil.
1.8 turbo engine has 4 ignition coils. On older models of this engine were ignition coils without amplifier and on later models with built in amplifier. At first you have to find out what kind of ignition coils do you have. Motec Mx is not able to drive ignition coils without amplifier. And if you have ignition coils with integrated amplifier and you are using amplifier it will be a mess again.
