DBW for M800/NSX

I'm thinking of getting the DBW option for my M800 on my Honda NSX.
After some advice on if some other manufacturer throttle bodies/Pedal assemblies are better than others? response/reliability? I'm after something in the 70mm range.

also I'm aware that the Pedal & DBW throttle body will have to be sent to Motec to be calibrated. Is there a cost for this?

Is there a list available showing what OEM DBW Throttle Bodies & pedal assemblies have already been calibrated & with setup info?
Just trying to decide if to keep the OEM Honda parts or refit another type or mix & match?
