Making Track tion circle scatter graph

Is it possible to have a windows that will show G data (Lateral and forward/backwards) from a center point relative to the car ? something like this?

You can use a scatter plot to do the same thing, you use longitudinal G on the Y axis and Lateral G on the X axis.
