i2 Google map error

Hi all,

I'm using i2 1.1 and am wanting to download the map background from google maps but get the following error (see image).

Any suggestions to fix?

In i2, can you go to View>Show Messages and then copy and paste the message that comes up when you try to retrieve the map.

If you go to Tools>Options and then the Analysis tab does the URL at the bottom match the one in the screen shot below.

In the latest update to the i2 standard (1.1.2.670)
disappeared setting in Google Maps (API key / Client ID)
What will it be?

The location for entering the API key/Client ID has moved from the GPS Map properties to Tools>Options and then the analysis tab.

No Google map.

Have you right-clicked on the map and selected Properties->Map then clicked the "Retrieve now" button?

My Tools->Options...->Analysis->Google Map API Ken/Client ID field is empty (it has placeholder text saying "Client ID must start with gme'").

The Retrieve Now button works for me in the US.
