Need to delete SOL lap and EOL Laps

guys, I have logs that are eternally continuous because I did not setup the start and end conditions properly I guess.
My In laps show my drive to the track, some testing around town, etc. So does the EOL. It shows my drive home, gas stops etc. I want that information out of the logs. Can someone please help me ?

On a time/distance graph zoom out to the full extents of the data (F2) then double click at the point you want your data to start then drag to the point you want it to end. Now go to File>Export Data and select 'Visible Data'. Select 'MoTeC Log File' from the drop down and then click export. The new file will only be the data between the two points you selected.

Thanks this worked in defeating not being able to delete the SOL lap.
