Lambda Sensor 1 cable

my lambda sensor in motec 400 software cannot measured, what i have to do in setting. Please help

Do you have the enable code for Lambda in the ECU?
What error is it reporting in the La1 window?
Do you have the Heater wired to one of the Aux outputs, and have it set to Lambda Heater?
Did the Lambda function at any time.
