Postby bing on Mon Aug 08, 2016 7:08 am

I have a M1 Tune Beta 1.4.0.136 installed on new laptop.
I am not able to retrieve logged data.
Software will tune and open ecu.

Hi Brian,

What errors are you receiving when you try and retrieve the logging? What Package are you using?

When it get to Retrieving Logged data it just stop. I had same issue with Standard GPR-FT-86 package and one custom package made for 2008 Honda Civic from one of the dealer.

Thanks,

Hi Bing,

Is there logging to be retrieved? Can you have a look at the Logging status channels as below.

If the Used value is 0%, then you will get the same error as you are showing.

Have you ever been able to download the data? With the directory that you are saving the data to, do you have the correct access to it to be able to write the files?
