Whats the best Lambda probe to use with the SDL?

If you're looking to connect the lambda probe directly to the SDL then you can only use the Bosch LSM 4 wire sensor, there is a drawing for this sensor on the datasheets download page, you will also need lambda measurement enabled in the SDL that you are using.

You should be able to use the Lambda to CAN modules with the Bosch LSU 4.9 sensor with the SDL, right?

Yes that is correct, LTC modules will be compatible with existing products.
