I contact 3 Motec dealers and no reply
Car Toyota
Model Supra (JZA80)
Engine: 2JZGTE 6MTM (JDM) NON-VVTI
- inline-layout,
- six-cylinder,
- belt-driven dual-overhead camshaft,
- air-intercooled,
- twin-turbocharged
- OEM JSPEC Turbos (Ceramic)
- Tomei 264 Poncams
I would like
- Engine Protection Strategies :Oil pressure, knock
- Wideband Lambda
- Boost controlled via the ECU
- Retain the Sequential OEM Turbo setup (http://mkiv.com/93-98-twin-turbo-faqs-2/#turbosystem1)
- Future plans : Maybe a single turbo conversion if the OEM Turbos become exhausted but still retaining 6 injectors versus running 12
I have narrowed it down to
- M84 -- Would be ideal but Lacks Knock control & Individual cylinder tables
- M600 with SKM add on (Would SKM be beneficial?)
- M800( Has an Onboard Knock Module (OKM) maybe more cost effective than the M600 & SKM)
- M130
From what I can see there is a big price gap between 100 Series and the new M1 series with a GPA/GPR package
Confused what ECU to use?
