I was afraid someone would tell me that however from what I've found thus far it looks like I have resources other than just analogue temp available for use with the fuel temp.

Yeah that package won't support it unless you edit it in Build which requires the development package for your ecu.

I could develop a partner package for you that would likely be a cheaper alternative. If you're interested email me at ben@carolinadyno.com

Hi,

We are planning on having a Beta of Flex Fuel available at the end of the month for the M1, when this passes testing then it will be released as a general package available for all.

That's great news for a lot of users, do you know if it will be added to the GT-R and GT86 packages?

I believe that that is the plan.

You've just made my day. Will we require anything other than an ethanol sensor to be added to the ecu?

Just the Ethanol sensor, we will have a calibration built in that covers the continental units.

Great work guys :)

Now has anyone tested a flex fuel sensor that works with methanol and ethanol?

SDean,

Having read through the RG_SPEC-0029 Flex Fuel Sensor documentation I understand the fundamentals, but seem to be missing the connection in the software.

Do you have an example of a sensor setup you could share with the group?
