plug and play subaru sti7/8 to bmw m3

Good morning
i have a motec m800 subaru 7plug and play,can i use to bmw m3 e46 double progressive vanos?there is any differents in to the hardware?the bmw injector are 16 ohm!!!can you help me?

Hello Morris,
While the actual ECU part of the plug and play is essentially the same as the normal, gold box M800 (only missing the low ohm injector drives) the adaptor board is made specifically for the car, in this cas the Subaru. The adaptor boards wiring tracks are sized and designed to run specific devices on the Subaru and may not be suitable to run the devices on the BMW.

While we have heard of similar things being done we cannot guarantee the success of such an installation. We would much prefer that you sell the Plug and Play ECU and purchase a gold box M800 or an M600 and get a suitable adaptor loom made.
