Hello, im have a turbo bike equipped with a m800, when I connect and go online, here is what I get for enables. Does this mean I have traction control? The person that set up the Motec says I dont, why would this be here?

It's possible for your ECU to be enabled for the Traction Control functions, but for those functions to not be configured perhaps due to missing hardware (wheel speed sensors), or just that it wasn't configured and setup. If you want to upload your configuration, we can look at it to see if TC is configured, or what options you might have to get it working.

Thanks for the reply David, you are correct, the ecu has the capability to do traction control, but I would need to pay to unlock it and add sensors. I dont need it just yet. This is all new to me.

Question with the m800, do you have to pay to unlock the data loging feature? I have a LTC 4.9 on my bike. And I am have problems logging the lambda.

Your enabled options list indicate advanced functions are enabled, you have 1Mb logging enabled, and you have 111 minutes left of initial Lambda control. Traction control is enabled. You will need to purchase the Lambda if you wish to continue using it when time runs out.

An ECU with advanced functions enabled is called an M820.

Scott thanks for your reply, the ECU mounted on my bike has M800 on it. I have retrieved the data the few times I have had the bike out, and lambda does not seem to log, someone says because my O2 sensor is not hooked directly to the ecu, that free lambda will not apply, I have a LTC 4.9 that works my lambda. I will be headed to a shop with the bike soon, just trying to learn what I can about this. Exactly what does enabled mean? Because some say just because something is listed in my enables dont mean I can use it, they say I need to pay to have it unlocked.

The enabled list shows the features that are unlocked. There is no need to pay for the Traction Control enable, as it's already been enabled (as part of the advanced functions enable mentioned above). However, you may need to have the TC setup, and someone likely wants to be paid to do that, unless you do it yourself.

Perhaps your logging isn't setup to log the LTC Lambda data. Sounds like you need a bit of time with your MoTeC dealer to get everything working to your satisfaction.
