getting logged data

Forgive if a stupid question,

If I get logged engine data directly from the M880 through the UTC and try to open in I2 Pro it says it is not supported.

If I go ( not using UTC) into the AL2 dash to down load and choose the M880 , the I2 Pro will open and display.

Could some explain what I am doing wrong , point me to a tutorial,

I think what you are saying is that when you use the ECU Manager to download the data from your M880 it's won't open in I2 Pro -- Perhaps this is because your M880 doesn't have Pro-Logging enabled -- have you tried to open it with I2 Standard?

Your ADL2 must have have Pro-Logging which is why you can download data from that device and open it in I2 Pro.

In the Open Logged Data file dialog, the info box on the right identifies if a file has Pro-Logging, and thus can be opened with I2 Pro.
