Yes, it can be done, just make sure that the access point supports IPv6 and that you can get a reliable signal from it.

Hi,

I have been using Wi-Fi for several months now and it works fine. I can make you an adapter or give instructions how to make one yourself, just send me a PM.

I've tried subscribing at etesta.com but the communication area is still inaccessible. Also I have a few wireless access point lying about, it would be most helpful if you had the time to tell us how to set it up.

Thanks.

Andrew.

Hi,

Sorry about the problems you are experiencing. You get the email from clicking the info... part and it should reveal the address which is "info at etesta.com". (This is to avoid spam)
Here's an article how I've done it: http://etesta.com/etesta-products/motec ... wi-fi.html, there are several ways how to do it.

So basically you are simply wiring a WiFi range extender. At the end of the article you mention installing an application. Do you mean the M1 Tune software? Or is there something spoecific you need to do on the receiving PC/Laptop.

Thanks,

Andrew.

Bluetooth is much slower than Ethernet (and even WiFi).
