Motec, Windows 7, and will not install.

When trying to install I2 pro, I am receiving, "Error 1324. The path Logged Data contains an invalid character." Is this a Motec issue or a registry issue? I am also using Microsoft Security Essentials as a anti-virus protection. I also have try downloading I2 Standard and everything is good and there doesn't seem to be any issues. Any suggestions?
