Time report and Track problem

Hi guys!
When I use The time report, I put : Lap - Track Sections to generate the report. But the sum of all the split time, doesnt match with the real lap time. I have like 30 seconds of difference. What is the problem?
Another problem is with the track. I generate Track using GPS and is ok. I generate sections and rename all section, but when my Throttle position is full like on the straight, the track position doesnt match. I try using closed circuit, open circuit and crossover, but i have the same problem. I have a big offset between these.
