UTC connection problem

Dear sir's

I was mapping ,and suddenly the connection between ECU and PC was stopped, and in Motec 3.5 software telling (unable to find a USB or Can connection to the device) and this sentence go and come (like flash)
I update the UTC firmware and than everything fine (its working like normal), 15min later it stopped again , I tried to update the UTC again , but the update software reach 10% and than tell me
(the operation cannot be completed
Error while erasing flash operation failed Memory set failed)
I have tried other laptop but still the same

Please tell me what is this problem

Sounds like noise on the USB lines. I have found that some laptops have more reliable communications if the A/C adapter is disconnected. Give that a try.
