i2 Data not displaying

Postby Michael Cruse on Mon Feb 17, 2014 9:52 pm

Hi,

I've got an CDL3 and have been retrieving data and viewing it without issue on another computer.

I've got a new computer and the data will not display on i2. I uninstalled and reinstalled i2 and tried opening the data and still nothing. The file opens however no laps can be selected and no data is displayed. The files have previously opened and are sizeable indicating there is data.

Once opened in i2 the file also no longer displays the fastest lap in the file selection box despite being displayed before opening.

I've also tried i2 pro but the logged data is only standard and does not open.

Thoughts?

How do you fix it?

I open any log files from various tracks in 'new circuit project' and nothing will display.

Are you able to post the files on here? It might help ruling out a few areas that could cause an issue.

I think it was Darrin @ MoTeC who I spoke with last time...(May '13)
Since then I have reloaded Parallels on the MAC and not made any forward progress other than getting C and Fortran compilers in place for creating .dlls.

Fromrecollection Darrin menttioned something long the lines of...
In i2 (using ACL), the old maps did not work and needs to create their own track map, or start finish line.

I would suggest it might make a good webinar topic, and maybe you could post the question there???
