C125 to Pectel GCU

The Pectel GCU require some data from C125 Dash by CAN Bus. But I am not familiar with CAN setup. Could you tell me how to setup the transmit of CAN? I have attached the CAN information of Pectel GCU. The GCU require data: Rpm, Gear,TPS. Thanks.
