table options/channels

In for example the fuel table you can select 'properties'. Then you see a list of channel you can add of delete. What is the purpose of this? I don't find it in the manual.

These channels are the ones that appear as a numeric list in the small box under the main tables, so you see trims and compensations etc when the engine is running. You can add or remove channels as required, and change how they are displayed.

When the engine is running I use the option channels so I can check that the fuel and ignition comps are not doing anything strange, so diagnostic, yes.
