2JZ Coils@CDI-8

I have two questions for this as I am about to start wiring my CDI-8

1. Do I connect the signal wires to the positive or negative terminal of the 2JZ coil
2. Which is the positive and negative terminal of the 2JZ coil?
3. What sort of dwell time can I run on a 2JZ coil?
