Enable Dash Options fails -- why?

I have a new ADL3, I can communicate fine to upload configurations, and download data. However the data is only standard logging. -- No problem, I've got the password for enabling Pro Logging for this dash, so I try to enable that and get "Error writing to device Memory operation failed Remote device error Select Retry or Cancel."

What could be wrong? I tried disabling firewall/Norton internet security, but still no joy.

Holiday weekend here in the USA. Any help would be appreciated.

Problem solved. Old eyes and a font used to print the codes that has a lower case 'f' that looks like '1' Both the codes I had had lower case 'f' in between numbers. All other letters started the sequence. When I finally discovered that, both upgrades worked as expected.
