Gear table from shifter X and Y voltage inputs?

Can the M800 determine which gear the driver is in based on two voltage inputs?
The Nissan 370z (Fairlady in other markets?) uses two sensors on the gear shift to detect L-R and forward-reverse positions of the shifter. The team engineer would like to know the gearshift position itself. Is that possible in the M800 or can I derive it later in a log, if I log both voltages?

I've verified the service manual's voltage chart:

X Axis
N: 1.45 - 2.35 V
1st: 0.90 - 1.40 V
2nd: 0.90 - 1.35 V
3rd: 1.70 - 2.15 V
4th: 1.65 - 2.10 V
5th: 2.70 - 3.15 V
6th: 2.65 - 3.10 V
R: 3.50 - 4.05 V

Y Axis
N: 2.15 - 3.00 V
1st: 1.10 - 1.60 V
2nd: 3.40 - 3.90 V
3rd: 1.10 - 1.65 V
4th: 3.40 - 3.90 V
5th: 1.10 - 1.60 V
6th: 3.40 - 3.90 V
R: 3.40 - 3.90 V

I'm wondering if I can set up some sort of table who's output is Gear, but not sure if that is possible in M800.

Thanks!

I ended up sending the X and Y sensor values to the CDL3 and made a Gear table there.
