Mitsubishi Galant M4 install

Postby RocksolidGvr4 on Wed Apr 03, 2013 5:42 pm

Hi Guys,

Can anyone help me out with installing a Motec M4 ecu into a 1990 Mitsubishi Galant VR4, I'm running a 4G63T engine. I done a few mod's to the engine which are as followed below.

Ported/polished head with 1mm over size valves and 280/280 cam's
410cc injectors with upgraded walbro fuel pump
Rebuilt TD05 16G turbo with custom exhaust manifold
Custom FMIC with 2.5inch tubing
Wisco pistons with eagle rods
Polished/balanced crank
3inch exhaust

I have planned to do some more mod's to it later on down the track but just want to get it driving for now, I am also after a base tune/run in tune which I am told that I need to run the best.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

What help do you want? Ask a specific question and someone may be able to answer it. Soliciting for all the info you can find on your Galant will get you nowhere. Read the M4 manual, it should explain most everything. If it looks like another language to you then it may be time to hire a professional.
