V2 Gauge Designer?

I was lucky enough to pick up a used V2 camera - it seems to be working, after a bit of trial and error.

When I look around, I can find reference to a Gauge Designer (eg http://squigglylines.com/project/video-motec-v2/).

Does this software exist? Or some other way to preview or modify the gauges? Mine does not display them on the preview - I assume this is normal.
