DC Page Switching

Hello folks.

I am building a secondary mechanic's page in DC to expose some info from the car. In Dash Manager, my page selection is set to use an Output Channel named "Display Page". My thought was to use this channel for the page condition, when the mechanic hits a button. I entered the page condition

However, after importing the DBC file, the "Display Page" channel doesn't seem to be "Assigned By" by anything, so in config check, I get a warning.

1) What am I doing wrong here?
2) What's the preferred way to manage moving from page to page in DC?

Thanks.

Hi,

Due to the nature and flexibility of Display Creator, you will need to post your DC file and the related Dash config so that people can provide support.

You are going about it the right way. Let's get it working!

You might need to add DisplayPage to channels transmitted from the Dash (Dash Manager->Functions->Display->Display Creator Channels.

But if you post your dash config and DC config we can check for that.

Hey folks! Update. I feel dumb.

The channel was not being transmitted properly, the list has maxed out (Functions->Display) and wasn't adding any new channels. I didn't realize the list has a MAX! Once I fixed that and made sure the Display Page is in selected channels, it is showing in DC without any issues. Sigh.. sorry! I added the Display Page as page condition, no config errors.
