C1** Display Creator Upgrade

Im Looking to do the upgrade to display creator on my c127 but am struggling to get my head around how it works.

The dash is currently in the car, all setup and functioning and I have been making changes via dash manager
When I do the DC upgrade will I still have all my existing user conditions, counters and alarms or will I need to recreate these in DC?

Also when the DC upgrade is done will I still use Dash Manager at all or is everything then done via DC?

Display Creator is used solely for editing the Display. All of the other setup (such as inputs/outputs/CAN/User Conditions/Alarms etc) is still done in Dash Manager. The only difference in Dash Manager is in the Display setup you change it from Internal Fixed Display to Internal using Display Creator.

Take a look at the seminar notes here. They are not perfectly up to date but they will give you a good starting point on how to setup both Dash Manager and Display Creator.
