The C1212 Dash has a video input that will accept composite video (PAL or NTSC). There are a number of options for converting the signal from an output on the phone to the composite video the Display requires. It will depend on what phone you have as to what converters you will need.

As an example I had an Android phone that had MHL output, a MHL to HDMI converter and then a HDMI to Composite converter which was plugged into the Display. It was a bit clunky but it worked fine.

There are a number of other options available including wireless solutions.

Just Google "Wireless Screen Mirroring" or something similar and you will get a bunch of results. I've never used any of them so I don't know how well they will work.
