variable coordinate for an object

hi,

i need to place an object with a variable coordinate.
i can create a value channel but i can't be added to this coordinate.

it's impossible to create a switch there are lot of possibilities.

a suggestion or do you think it's possible in future DC version?

the fonction it's simple i have a map of the track and i would place a cursor for the
driver position.
this is a speciale track with no road or trace, just navigation.

At the moment the only way to do this is by using switches.

There is a feature request in the system to add this functionality, however it hasn't been given a target version so when (or even if) it will get implemented I can't say.
