Momentary Max RPM

The Out of the box screen RPM bar has some sort of Momentary max rpm indicator bar that remain on screen for a few seconds and then goes away. Shown in the image below at the 4.5K mark more of less. There is also the red marks. How can these be created with a screen creator rpm bar.

There is currently no built in way of doing this in DC. It is on our list of feature requests so hopefully it won't be too long before it becomes available.
