Sensor calibration

Having a few issues trying to calibrate a pressure sensor (SSI P51 100psi), can’t seem to get it to a low enough voltage, won’t go below 0.712. Needs to be 0.500 or lower. So it’s always 2 psi out.. tried zeroing it, reloading calibration but always goes back to the higher number.. could it be faulty sensor or iam I doing something wrong..
Thanks in advance

I have questions, but it would be easy to answer if you would upload your dash configuration.

Trying to upload this calibration V 0.525 = 0.0 psi
V 4.500 = 100.1 psi
It’s another SSI sensor measuring fuel that I use

But will always go back as soon as I calibrate it to V 0.712 = 0.00psi
V 4.686 = 100.1psi

Here's one that I hit sometimes. When the in the Sensor Calibration window. After you make changes, be sure to click the "OK' button at the bottom. Closing the window using the close box (upper right corner), is like clicking the "Cancel" button, and the changes are ignored.

Is the sensor connected to an Analog Voltage or Analog Temperature input? If you connect to an Analog Temperature input this is an internal pull-up resistor that will skew the voltage readings of some sensors. So for a powered pressure sensor, Analog Voltage is recommended.

Hope this is helpful.
