12mm reamer to the rescue?

So the IZZE Racing TPMS Sensors have an advantage in that they do not have a inbuilt valve stem so you can use the stems that suit the rims.

I have used these briefly.
They were a resolution of 0.7 psi, and was accurate to a known pressure gauge I trust.

These seem to have a better resolution.

Our project just came to a stop a few minutes ago. The internal sensors don't fit the valve-stem opening in the BBS wheels my customer is using. Wheels are about 8.5mm, and the sensor needs something like 11.5mm.

Ah, great. I get my car back in a week or two, then I'm planning on putting the sensors in. Fingers crossed they fit the wheel.

(Thanks for all of your help by the way, we're nearing the end) haha

As far as this part goes, same with my BBS wheels. We ended up drilling the wheels out and everything worked perfectly.
