C DASH COMMS DELAY

Hi
could any one answer the question why a C dash ethernet communications has a delay in reconnecting
when a configuration is sent, it comes up with the RETRY box and is never instant.
Tested this on lots of dashes, cars, wiring systems, laptops and PC's, always the same.
Version 6 of dash manager and Windows 7/8 or 10

The Dash restarts after you send a config, it takes a couple of seconds to re-establish PC comms.
