I am using the layout as per attached pic.
Maybe I missed it but is there any way to use the larger numeric field for road speed

The font sizes and layout are fixed. The solution is to enable the Display Creator option. Then you have complete control over the graphic elements on the display, font, sizes, colors, etc.
