Hello,
One of my customer buy one c1212 and programmed it himself,after programming he fix a get configuration access code for the dash.
He by chance forgot the password,he need to use the same file in a different dash now.
Is it possible to delete the password from the dash without removing the file from it?

Hi,

Without the password, the Display will need to be returned to MoTeC through an Approved MoTeC Dealer to have the password removed. The process to remove the password also removes any configuration and calibration information on the device.
