Displaying R for Reverse gear?

I have gear display on C127 dash configured through voltage levels for the gear position sensor. The sensor outputs discrete values for gear positions, R voltage being the lowest, N next, then 1 through 6.

I entered calibration values for neutral through 6, in the gear detection page, and this works correctly for N and all forward gears.

How do I configure proper detection for reverse gear, that's reflected by the gear indicator display portion of the dash?

With current setup, display shows "N" when the vehicle is in reverse.

Cheers

You may need to use a table to translate the gear detection. A value of -1 should show a R on the gear display.

I notice the most recent versions of C125/C127 Dash Manager allow you to set the sensor values for Gear D(-5), P(-4) and R(-1). Have you tried updating to the lastest C127 Dash Manager? Are you using Calculations->Gear Detection... to enter the voltage values?
