Anyone experienced their dash resetting a loaded reference lap to 00:00:00 after a couple of minutes by itself? Mine did this to me 3 times today and I couldn't work out why... No loss of power or anything, it just zeroed off right in front of me while waiting in dummy grid?! I then loaded it again and it did the same thing another 2 times.

How close was the dummy grid to the GPS Start/Finish coordinates, and what is your detection radius?
I had a customer reset the fastest lap last weekend, when the race organizers re-routed them onto the track in a way that caused them to pass near the GPS coordinate from two different directions so it looked like a very quick lap!

Hi David,
Yeah I suspected that also but in this case the detection radius is set to 35m and the dummy grid was at least 50m away... weird thing was it went to 00:00:00 as if I had manually cleared it.
I will test again in the garage and see if it holds as it was the first time I had used a loaded reference lap with this dash.

Tested again last night in the garage and it seems that it clears as soon as the session time channel reaches 3 minutes so there must be a configuration somewhere I guess?

Are you able to send me your Dash config file and the reference lap file that was generated by i2.
Can you also please let me know what versions of Dash Manager and i2 you are using.

In case anyone is wondering in future the fix was to remove a reset condition in dash manager for reference lap time reset. Not sure if this is a default or if it was set in my base config but that’s what was causing it to reset after 180sec when the speed was <5kmh.
I probably should have looked a little harder before starting a post but cheers Adrian for the spot!
