Lap timer question

Relating back to a question I had some time ago (This is probably a question for the MoTec guys)

Does the dash store lap times discretely as you accrue laps or is this a function that is done later in i2 where it generates lap times from logged data? Does the dash store only the last lap time for display until the next lap is completed?

The Dash itself only stores the last lap time (and fastest if you have it configured). i2 calculates the lap times for all of the laps based on beacon points (or lap distance with missed beacon correction turned on)

Thanks, I thought so looking through the dash manager software.

A pity, if it stored the lap times for a session it would be handy at some events to be able to display them as they come up. One club I run with runs a semi regularity type championship with your fastest times put into a regularity calculation along with the class winners fastest time (To encourage you to have a crack, brilliant regularity but slow times will probably get you less points than reasonable regularity but fast times) and being able to have a quick look at your times on dash is handy.
