Need time display on my C125, in local time and HH:MM:SS

Hi all I have tried multiple time to have the time display on my C125 but with tough luck, as the display always does it in UTC and not real time, also the format is in decimals not in the HH:MM:SS.ss.
Attaching my display file, This is a rally car and with out time its becoming quite a task once all strapped it..., Looking out for help..
