C127 overide channel

Hi all,
C127 dash with latest software, not DC, using standard layout of engine temp
with lap time over ride in NUMBER 5 tab, problem is the over ride, laptime, is displayed
and not engine temp, have checked show setting is when channel updates and hold time is 5 seconds.
swapped the 2 channels around, made engine temp as override and same problem occurs.
Any ideas or software?
