Errors while updating GPR Diesel (M142) Project

Hi, I've updated the MoTeC package to the latest version (01.04.00.0103) but I got many errors while doing so. I want to show you how I fixed some of them and want you to advise me.

Problem 1: 'Engine.Calculation' scheduled function.

Solution 1: I've added the lines between 28 - 37 to the function below. Is it realy enough to start the engine and lock the ECU to the crank rotation by setting only two booleans?

Problem 2: Function 'Fuel.Mass.Limit.Fault.FaultValue' and 'Exhaust.Gas Recirculation.Actuator.Target.Fault.FaultValue' are complaining about the if condition about RS232.

Solution 2: I've removed the RS232 from the 'if' condition as below because I don't use it anyway, can I do that?

Problem 3: Warning.Update has complained from RS232:

Soulution 3: I've commented it out, I dont use RS232 so I don't need the warning about it I guess right?

Problem 4: 'Fuel.Volume.Cylinder x.Primary' and 'Fuel.Volume.Cylinder x.Primary Nominal' chanels wasn't assigned.

Soulution 4: Which function is supposed to assign them?
