MPSE Library function

I have been testing these library function but i can't seems to get a correct output from MPSE.ThrottleMassFlow by following

MPSE.ThrottleMassFlow(Floating Point map (ABS), Floating Point pup (ABS), Floating Point tup, Floating Point taf)

Am i expecting a output a mass flow g/s from this? Or else?
