4 second throttle lag

Postby TravRMK on Thu May 22, 2025 1:22 am

I am working on tuning a Polaris RZR Pro R 4 cyl with a turbo on the M130 ecu. When going from idle to WOT there is a 4-second delay from the time the throttle is 100% to when the engine responds. I have an identical machine with the same ecu, turbo kit etc that does not have this issue. Same base tune, but the one with the issue is on newer firmware, so the tunes are close to identical, but not identical. Does anyone have any ideas? I am pulling my hair out on this one.

Hi,

Have you spoken to John Reed about this issue?

Have you put the earlier Firmware into this M130 to see if the behaviour stays with the vehicle? You could also swap the ECU's between the vehicles and see if the issue moves with the ECU.
